The working principle of NOUS heat pump water heater is really innovative

as it uses the heat from the air as renewable source to produce hot water:

it uses a thermodynamic cycle to heat the water contained inside the heater

through air sucked from the thermal group.

This is the reverse mechanism to that used in refrigerators: refrigerant

fluid, through status changes, withdraws the heat contained in the air at low

temperature and gives it to the water at a higher temperature, in this way

inverting the natural heat flow.

NUOS is also equipped with a heat resistance able to start functioning

when the hot water request is higher or when the environment

temperature is lower than the minimum functioning temperature (10°C),

always guaranteeing maximum comfort in generating DHW.
